  1. Network Technician

Role:
Assist Communication Connections' client in their IT needs.
Work can vary from end-user support to Network Planning and Design. Hence, a broad skills set is required for this role.

Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft and Networking technologies.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server).
  • Must have experience working with Exchange Server (2000/2003).
  • Must have experience troubleshooting MS Office applications specially Outlook 2000/2003.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills - using command line tools, Internet resources and personal knowledge/experience.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Familiarity with IBM and HP's line of Servers and products.
  • Capable of Planning and Designing a network from scratch.
  • Able to understand needs of a business when it comes to IT.
  • Familiarity with local vendors and ISP is a plus.
Certification requirements:

  1. Bookkeeper / Office Manager - Must be Positive and Proactive

Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, the objective of this position is to over see and Manage all aspects of Office and Bookkeeping Procedures (including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger). Strong Administrative and Bookkeeping Skill Set. Strong Organizational Skills.
Simply Accounting is a MUST.

General Office Duties:
  • Answer Telephones - Mid/Low Call Volume
  • Assist with Sales and Services as required
  • Assist the General Manager with tasks as required
  • Maintain Professional Office Environment
A/R:
  • Preparation of Receivables; Billing, Invoicing, Credit Notes
  • Respond to Customer Queries and Maintain Customer Rapport
  • Collections
  • Responsible for processing Bank Reconciliations, Deposits and Transfers
A/P:
  • Responsible for Processing All Vendor Invoices
  • Verification of Pricing and Invoicing with Managers and Controller
Payroll:
  • Responsible for all aspects of processing a bi-week payroll
G/L:
  • Reconciliation of all accounts
  • Remittance of all Applicable Government Taxes
  • Maintenance of General Ledger
Inventory:
  • Create, update and keep track of inventory using Database
Commission:
  • Prepare monthly commission spreadsheet for Commissioned Staff

  1. Client Services Representative

Role:
The primary focus of this role is to optimize the relationship with all current customers by offering the best of class customer service. This role is the main conduit in the relationship between Communication Connections and the client.

Main Functions:
  • Day to day communications with clients (calls to be both inbound and outbound)
  • New order creation (physical creation of order paperwork)
  • Order management (from cradle to grave)
  • Research – review any and all issues generated by the customer
  • Change management – adjust and revise current open business
  • Order process – review all current processes and make adjustments according to new rules and regulations
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of vendors’ products and services for knowledge optimization and transfer
Skill Requirements:
  1. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients
  2. Detail orientated
  3. Highly organized
  4. Computer skills (Microsoft Office, other vendor based programs) an absolute must

  1. Outside Sales Representative / Sales Executive

Role:
The primary focus of this role is to optimize sales with current customers and develop new sales opportunities with target clients. These sales opportunities will primarily in the following categories:
    a) Telephony Systems – Sales and Service
    b)   Data Networks – Design, Implementation and Service
    c)   Computer Hardware – Servers and Workstations – Sales and Service
    d)   Software – Design, Implementation and Service (CRM, Sharepoint, Microsoft Business
           Servers, Customized Applications)
    e)   Connectivity – Voice, Internet and Data Services – Design and Sales
    f)   Managed Services – Sales and Service

Skill Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing of IT Services and/or Telco Services
  • Have a roster of clients looking to you for direction as to IT and Telco Services
  • Driven Sales Leader who is self-motivated by Success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to train on new products and services
  • Not afraid to cold-call
  • Works well in a smaller company environment and is aware of impact of achievements on overall growth of company

  1. Inside Sales/Support

Role:
The primary focus of this role is to create new opportunities for our sales team to sell our core products and services. This role will focus on a major outbound calling program that will work to maximize the effect of multiple marketing programs to create awareness for our products and services. The role will also include supporting current and new customers with sales support for product and services along with the creation of new orders in the system.

Skill Requirements:
  1. High energy, self motivated individual
  2. Very comfortable with communications over the phone
  3. Hunter mentality – not willing to rest until you find the opportunity
  4. Detail orientated and organized
  5. Comfortable with working on your own with limited supervision

  1. Help Desk/Internal Support

Role:
Provide remote technical support to clients. Work can vary from end-user support to Network, server, phone system and other hardware support. Hence, a broad skills set is required for this role.

Role:
Primary focus will be on the implementation and support of IP Telephony solutions. IP Telephony installations will include solutions from Avaya, Nortel, and Cisco. Traditional Telephony installations will include Nortel Key Systems, NEC, Panasonic, Samsung and Mitel.
Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Expertise in IP based and traditional Telephony technologies.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server).
  • Must have experience troubleshooting IP based and traditional Telephony technologies.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Capable of Planning and Designing a Telephony solution from scratch.
  • Able to understand needs of a business when it comes to IT and Telephony.
  • Experience in cabling and using testing tools.
  • Good understanding of analog lines and PRIs.
  • Familiarity with local vendors and ISP is a plus.
Certification requirements:
  • Avaya ACA (must obtain within 3 months)
  • Any Microsoft Certification
  • Any Cisco Certification
